By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your password and device access secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

OurFund helps users plan goals and record contributions, deposits, expenses, birthdays, reminders, and shared-fund activity. It is a record-keeping tool: it does not hold money, process bank transfers, provide investment products, or give financial, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for checking every amount and making financial decisions.

Personal goals are intended for their owner. Shared groups are invite-only, and access is governed by assigned roles. Group managers are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning appropriate access, and correcting inaccurate records. Do not share an invite link with anyone who should not see the group.

You retain responsibility for information you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, display, synchronize, back up, and export that information to operate the service. Do not add unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized personal data, and do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

Reminders and push notifications are optional and may be delayed or unavailable. Some supported actions can be stored on your device and synchronized later; verify the final server record after reconnecting. Hosting, authentication, database, analytics, email, and browser services supplied by third parties may be needed to operate OurFund.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve financial history, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep any exports you need for your own records. Material updates to these terms will be reflected by a new effective date.

Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or secure the service. You may stop using OurFund at any time. Some records may be retained where necessary for shared-ledger integrity, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for decisions based on inaccurate user-entered records, lost opportunities, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
